Individual Lumina Portrait
The starting point of your Lumina Spark professional development experience is an online questionnaire which enables you to receive a highly personalised 38-page Lumina Portrait. The model is simple to understand, yet contains great depth by directly measuring 72 personality qualities. This accurately describes your 3 personas in detail, providing a practical method for reading and adapting to other people. We will explore; your underlying persona, your instinctive way of being, your everyday persona, how you behave from day to day and your overextended persona, when you do too much of a good thing. We will then contact you to arrange a time for your portrait debrief which will take between 45 – 60 minutes.
Lumina Spark Workshop for Teams
The Lumina Spark Workshop is a half-day session following the completion of the online assessment and 1:1 debrief. The workshop is a highly interactive and fun experience in which participants explore who they are, using their individualized Lumina Spark Portraits.
During the workshop, we will walk the group of participants through a series of exercises to deepen their learning and understanding of the science and application of the Lumina Model that focuses on; individual and interpersonal mastery, stress response, team working and communication skills.
